Dear Sir/Madam,

The acquisition of GEOBRIDGE by Utimaco marks a new beginning of exciting change and growth for both companies. Our combined portfolio will offer greater flexibility and simplify security for our customers as they scale their businesses in the future. This joining of forces also brings change, and we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we will no longer be able to offer renewal of maintenance agreements to our payShield and nShield customers. We will continue to support our current organization support contracts until the renewal date. As always, our payShield and nShield customers will receive the highest level of service and support while under our care. Once our contract concludes, you will need to contact Thales / nCipher (your hardware vendor) to renew with them directly.

To ensure as little disruption in the level of service you have come to expect, as a GEOBRIDGE client, we will be expanding and extending an offer of Crypto and Key Management Support to all GEOBRIDGE HSM clients. Ninety days prior to any scheduled renewals, GEOBRIDGE will extend the offer of professional services to ensure continuity of our first-hand knowledge of your unique environment considerations. Moving forward, GEOBRIDGE enterprise cryptography and key management solutions will be offered exclusively by Utimaco.
